I don’t know what else to do.?

You need time out to restructure. For the worry I was told to sit down for 30 min a day and just write all my worries down, think about them, are they real or possible, solve them the best way you think, then let them go.
Exercise, at least 30 min a day, it releases the endorphins in your brain.
Relaxation, slow your breathing down to between 6-9 breathes a minute, as you inhale tense your muscles, as you exhale release the muscles and relax.
When you are feeling depressed have a piece of music that makes you feel good. Or a good thought, memory etc.
Know your limitations or triggers.
Forgotten something. Every time I do something I always tell myself, I have….. turned the iron off, stove off, closed the door. Try and not keep reassuring yourself because you feeding the doubt.
Sounds easy but it takes time and effort but it works, hang in there . A good book that helped me is The secret. and Take control of your worry. ( Dr Limske, i think).
